Smashed Chicken, Contemporary Indonesian Food

Smashed (Geprek) chicken is a famous dish among recent college grads. Easy to make, however its zesty taste can undoubtedly make clients look for more.


    1. Set up the Sambal

Heat oil. Saute garlic, cayenne pepper and red stew.

Lift and move to the processor. Add salt, Knorr Chicken Powder, pound/rub until the fragrance emerges. Put it away.


    2. Set up the Broiled Chicken

Season chicken filets with salt, Knorr Chicken Powder, pepper, and sugar. Blend flour in with Knorr Chicken Powder and sugar, mix equitably. Add some flavored flour into the water, blend well, and add ice shapes.

Add the flavored chicken to the dry flour combination, mix the chicken with flour until mixed. Then, at that point, add the chicken to the combination of flour and water. Set the chicken back into the dry flour blend, lift it. Broil chicken with hot oil until brilliant yellow.

   

    3. Serving the Geprek Chicken

Pour a limited quantity of utilized oil to broil chicken into the sambal, add the lime leaves and sound leaves, mix well.

Organize the chicken on a serving plate then pour the sambal over the chicken.

Geprek chicken is fit to be served.


    4. Serve on a plate

Eat and enjoy together
