Indonesian Egg Fried Rice


Ingredient

  1. 1 cup water
  2. ½ teaspoon salt
  3. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  4. 1 cup uncooked moment rice
  5. 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  6. ½ onion, finely slashed
  7. ½ cup green beans
  8. 1 egg, softly beaten
  9. ¼ teaspoon ground dark pepper

How to cook it:

Stage 1

In a pan bring water, salt and soy sauce to a bubble. Add rice and mix. Eliminate from intensity, cover and let stand 5 minutes.

Stage 2

Heat oil in a medium skillet or wok over medium intensity. Saute onions and green beans for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in egg and sear for 2 minutes, scrambling egg while it cooks.

Stage 3

Mix in the cooked rice, blend well and sprinkle in with pepper.

Stage 4

Repare a plate, then place the fried rice that has been cooked and drain.

Stage 5

Eat with family, closest friends.
